When an entire staff is included, it fosters a sense of engagement, alignment and momentum - the power of Teacher Efficacy that Hattie cites as key towards increased student learning.

Bringing a lens of efficiency, organizational management, and systems thinking, we can work together to find “lost” time, build both student agency and teacher effectiveness and find opportunities to increase collaborative engagement while decreasing lost instructional time.

Sometimes, all we need is a person who can listen, empathize, understand and offer the right questions, a thoughtful eye and ear, and several options for a clear way forward! By developing engaging, joyful connections, I’ve been able to not only support teachers in saving time and increasing classroom rigor, but in rediscovering the “joy” in the classroom.
